We’re thrilled to introduce the CP<>Contacts Integration feature for the client portal where users can view and manage Communities Groups and Courses offers for their locations
What’s New?
- Add Offers to Contacts Seamlessly :handshake:
- From the Contacts page, you can now assign offers to any contact with ease, improving how you manage deals and promotions without navigating away from the page.
- Group Management Made Easy :busts_in_silhouette:
- Organize your contacts by adding them to groups directly from the Contacts page, whether it’s for targeted campaigns or audience management, simplifying the process.
- Password Management for Users
- Admins can now change passwords for users directly from the Contacts page or send a password reset link. This ensures quick and easy password management, improving the user experience for account recovery and security.
How It Works:
- The user navigates to the “Contacts” section and selects a contact.
- Note: If courses are enabled for a particular location, the “Contacts” page will display the courses section, replacing the Client Portal.
If the Client Portal is enabled for a location, the “Contacts” page will show the Client Portal section, which includes community groups.
- Based on the specific contact, the user is presented with either the Client Portal or Courses options.
- The user can choose from a list of available community groups or course offerings and assign them to the selected contact.
- The “Set Password” and “Send Reset Password Link” options are available for setting or resetting the password.
