We’re excited to introduce an enhancement to the Pause Sub-account screen. Previously, customers faced frustration when they reached the maximum card limit and encountered failures with existing cards, leaving them stranded without a way to manage their cards effectively.
This enhancement addresses a critical pain point for our customers. With the previous setup, users were unable to manage their existing cards, resulting in a cumbersome experience and potential business disruptions.
What’s new?
We’ve implemented features that allow users to manage their existing cards directly from the Pause Sub-account screen. Now, customers can easily remove, add, or mark cards as primary, giving them greater control over their payment methods.
