⏸️ Avoid paying for Phone Numbers when Pausing or Deleting your sub-account
Try to pause or delete a sub-account under Agency > Sub-Accounts > Manage Client > Actions > Pause Sub-Account / Delete. You will see a new checkbox that will delete all linked Phone Numbers and A2P campaigns.
This can be useful when your customers don’t want to incur Phone Number charges while their account is paused or deleted.
⚙️ Enhancements
- Sub-Account Delete Connection – Delete Connection feature on the Phone Integration page allows agencies to delete the numbers, A2P for a location, and delink them to a Telephony System. This can now be done for accounts whose Telephony System account is suspended so that they can be assigned a new account for messaging and calling
