👀 What’s New?
- You can now log external calls to the CRM using workflows.
- To log any external call, you can trigger the workflow using the “Inbound Webhook Trigger” configure the “Log External Call” action, and pass all the call details and call recording.
- ☎️ Call directions, the phone number of the receiver for inbound calls, and the phone number of the dialer for outbound calls are mandatory.
- The call will be displayed in the conversations section of the contact. ⭐
